Eleven Myanmar - Eleven is a weekly newspaper published in Myanmar. It won the "Media of the Year" award in 2011 from Reporters Without Borders, for standing up to the junta and "using extraordinary ingenuity to slip through the censorship net and inform the public".
Radio Free Asia (Myanmar) - RFA is a private, nonprofit corporation that broadcasts news and information to listeners in Asian countries where full, accurate, and timely news reports are unavailable.
Burma News International (BNI) - BNI is an ethnic media network which promotes member’s organization capacity development, advocates for media freedom and ethnic rights, and coordinates with local, regional and international communities for emerging sustainable ethnic media in Myanmar.
Aljazeera (Myanmar) - Al Jazeera is an independent news organization funded in part by the Qatari government, and reports on issues relating to Sudan. In May 2019, Sudan shut down Al Jazeera's office without giving a reason.
Reuters (Myanmar) - Thomson Reuters is the world's largest international multimedia news agency, providing investing news, world news, business news, technology news, headline news, small business news, news alerts, personal finance, stock market, and mutual funds information available on Reuters.com, video, mobile, and interactive television platforms. Thomson Reuters journalists are subject to an Editorial Handbook which requires fair presentation and disclosure of relevant interests.
BBC (Myanmar Direct) - BBC World Service is an international multimedia broadcaster, delivering a wide range of language and regional services, including Sudan on radio, TV, and online.
